This is nero Scout. I'm not a big fan of it and you can disable it without killing your ability to burn with nero. The reason Why we are flagging this is because a bit of googling has found a LOT of reported problems. It catalogs all of the media files on your computer and honestly I don't need or want this. I know where all of my media is ;)
