DivXUpdate.exe unless you're using something like the divx encoding tools and loving them go ahead and uninstall divx and go get klite codec pack. I've been using klite for years now and they'll play everything for you so nice and easy without wasting resources. I am a big fan of media player classic as well. A nice lightweight player that has tons of features.
