CNTAoSMgr.exe is trend micro's plugin manager. Trend micro has been around a very long time and is a trusted name in the security industry. As with every security app out there it will eat up your systems resources like crazy. Switch yourself over to firefox or chrome and disable all of the parts of it constantly scanning. Just make sure you scan everything you download and turn it back on anytime you install ANYTHING.
