HPAdvisor.exe is HP Total Care Advisor which is absolutely not something you want running all the time. Remove it from your startup and maybe run it every month or so to check for driver updates or if you have a problem that you want some support from HP on. Most of the time windows update will find driver updates for you about as often as this HP app will.
