What does winmgmt.exe do? Direct quote from THIS MS Doc:
A core component of client management. This process starts when the
first client application connects, or when management applications
request its services.
Virus Precaution: The original winmgmt.exe from Microsoft gets placed at C:WINDOWSSystem32winmgmt.exe . if you find it anywhere else then you should be suspicious for sure.

I've got it at C:\WINDOWS\system\wbem (Might I assume that "system" is the same as "system32"?). What can I do to disable this annoying exe. ? It's eating up my resources big time!
