Gman Axlbridge.exe is installed with the Intuit Quickbooks Accounting software and runs every time you start your Quickbooks program. The file is located in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Intuit\QuickBooks folder but is NOT required for the program to work properly as far as I know. It may have something to do with updating the software as it does try to connect with the Quickbooks servers.
