Virus Precautions:
You'll want to keep an eye on this google search for any known viruses. The normal location of this file is C:Windowssystem32cmd.exe If its not running in that location you'll want to reference some virus DBs and/or scan for viruses.

cmd.exe is a Windows System File and should be in a system directory. If it is then this application is safe.

Startup DB Entries:
[hpcmd]"Added by the ADCLICK-DS TROJAN!" b
[Win32 Console]"Added by the ABI.C WORM! Note - this is not the legitimate cmd.exe process which is always located in %System% and should not normally figure in Msconfig/Startup! This one is located in %Windir%" b

Service DB Entries:
Manageer Network Connections (Kern32) A new service added by the Troj/Agent-CP TROJAN with a display name of Manageer Network Connections.
Manageer Network Connections BAD - Look how manager is spelled.
DB2 Remote Command (DB2REMOTECMD) Related to IBM Corp.
