| It is an Epson program | My father's seven-year-old Epson inkjet was failing to print on his Vista system, no error messages. I installed the printer on an old Win98 machine. It said it couldn't print because of out of ink. Apparently Vista just doesn't handle the method of error messaging. I found, since then, that E_sicn03 runs on start-up on my Win98 system. Upon uninstalling the printer software, E_sicn03.exe is gone. Its only remnant is E_sicn03.lgc, which I'm deleting now. | |
