LVPrcSrv.exe is a process installed alongside Logitech QuickCam and provides additional configuration options for these devices. This program is non-essential process to the running of the system.
It seems not compatible with new cpu like core. This program may cause drwaston.exe to prevents all exefiles to execute and information on the screen may be "xxxxxx" memory cannot be "written".
