PGPsdkServ.exe is the new SDK service which is responsible for
performing all PGP key management and cryptographic functions. This
functionality was moved into a service to allow multiple modules
simultaneous read/write access to the keyrings, among other things. As
you can imagine, it is necessary for PGPsdkServ to be running in order
to perform practically any PGP functionality
